A Turkish family's table on Route 66

Golden Horn is billed as Mediterranean, but it's owned by a Turkish family, and the cooking follows. The family has spent more than twenty years in the restaurant business.

That background shows in how much is on the menu. There are close to twenty cold and hot mezze, lamb and chicken off the grill, pide and lahmacun from the oven, seafood, steaks, and a dessert list about as long.
